Shipping policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to assemble and dispatch orders. Kindly ensure your delivery date is after 24 hours from the date of ordering.

We use same-day last-mile delivery services to fulfil shipping. The cost of delivery will be borne by Ciao Bella, unless specifically communicated with you after you have placed your order.
