Refund policy
- Due to the natural and delicate nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or exchanges once items are delivered.
- Items that are, or appear to be damaged on delivery are eligible for a full refund, as long as the refund is requested within 1 day of the delivery being completed.
- To initiate a refund, you can contact us at hello@ciaobellaflowers.com. Mention your order number, and provide a photo of the damaged product as received.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Returns/Exchanges
We do not offer any returns or exchanges once items are delivered.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at hello@ciaobellaflowers.com
For refunds on payments made by Cash on Delivery, UPI or any other method outside of the website, we will contact you by email from hello@ciaobellaflowers.com to agree on a mode of payment.
Cancellations
In our endeavour to operate in a sustainable and environmentally conscious manner, cancellations are not encouraged. Since we begin the process of sourcing and assembling arrangements immediately, orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of the order being placed.
